The following are projects that I have done on the commercial side of architecture.
Keystone Library

This was my second project in Revit. It is a library I created with a partner and it was created to replace a library in Keystone, Indiana. It features two main rooms for book browsing along with numerous computer and study areas.

Science City Exhibit

This was a project I took part in for the Battle of the Brains competition. I was in a group and my job was to create the plans and make the renders for the potential exhibit. Our exhibit was to show how a pill goes through the body and how it affects other parts of the body. The exhibit starts off in a room with an ambulance and then goes into a tube with information about a pill moving through the body. After, it flows into a patient room and then into the artery room.

Commercial Projects

This is a school I created. It was one of my first projects on Revit (done junior year of high school) and required a lot of research. This project I entered into two different competitions. I recieved 4th place at both. This school is the "Ideal" elementary school for students and teachers. In order for me to classify it as "ideal" I had to ask numerous people at many places. I went to 3 elementary schools and 2 middle schools to find out what was wrong with their schools and what can be improved apon. Oddly enough, bathrooms were there most requested for more off and this school features appx 10 bathrooms and 3 faculty restrooms. also a nice large gym and adjoining cafeteria. This school has all exploratory classrooms withing close proximity of eachother allowing it to be easily accessed from all over the school. This school, if placed in real life, would be LEED Certified using large windows, recycled water, and efficient landscaping.

The Ideal School
Capstone Creek

This was a spa I designed for a friend for one of her school projects. It has four massage/soak rooms, four medical rooms, and three waxing rooms, a relaxation area, and other necessary rooms for daily business.

Condos

This is a concept for condominiums. They feature green roofs and outdoor spaces. the exterior is a white smoother stucco that will reflect light and keep the inside cooler in the summers which keeps cooling cost low. The indoor spaces are the same size and are modular. The outdoor spaces are different sizes and that's what determine the price differences. They all feature outdoor areas but some feature full outdoor patios and others green spaces. Because they are modular, the building can be as high or as low as needed. They are virtually stackable.

Playplace

This is a building that could be used as a play facility with indoor and outdoor areas for children to enjoy. I went with a colorful exterior to attract the eye and to appeal to younger people.

Outdoor Shopping

This is a shopping area that features large and small tenant spaces that open to each other with a fountain and sitting space in the middle. Because its packaged in a hexagon shape, it can be added onto as much as needed to make the shopping mall as big or as small as desired.
