Teaching is more than just standing in front of a group of students and preaching to them. It requires care, and chemistry. Chemistry not in the "loving" sense, but chemistry in the sense of connecting with the students to create a bond where not only the students can feel comfortable to learn and the teacher can feel comfortable enough to provide the information, but the teacher can learn from the students too.
